Women Inspiring Network (WIN) triumphed at the World Economic Forum 2024 in Davos, Switzerland, as it successfully concluded a series of impactful panel discussions addressing pivotal issues in women’s leadership, sustainability, innovation, and the transformative role of women in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Led by Stuti Jalan, WIN’s Founder, in collaboration with Invest India, the Ministry of Women & Child Development, CII, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and World Innovation Economics, the panel discussions featured influential leaders exploring critical themes.

Against the backdrop of Davos’s majestic setting, the discussions resonated with global leaders, fostering collaboration synergies and sparking interest from influential networks.

WIN’s Founder, Stuti Jalan, expressed enthusiasm for future collaborations, envisioning these connections as powerful alliances that will shape future initiatives.

 

Trailblazing Women – In a New Era of Innovation

In partnership with Invest India, the second panel, titled ‘Trailblazing Women: In a New Era of Innovation,’ delved into topics of sustainability, innovation, and leadership.

Panelists, including Sanskriti Thakur, Komal Sharma, Aarti Gupta, Santhosh Jayaram, and Isabella Grosmaitre, highlighted the lasting impact of current actions on future generations, emphasizing collective progress and the importance of inclusive leadership.

The event facilitated diverse perspectives, enriching the discourse on women’s leadership and sustainability.

 

Women and AI – 2 Powerful Forces Changing the World

The final panel, “Women and AI: 2 Powerful Forces Changing the World,” collaborated with the Ministry of Women & Child Development, CII, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Held at the We Lead Lounge P57, it featured experts discussing the impact of women in AI, democratizing healthcare access, and essential regulatory measures for responsible AI development.

Panelists emphasised AI education, empowerment, and inclusivity as crucial elements shaping the future.

 

Women in Leadership Panel Discussion

The inaugural Women in Leadership panel at Sunstar Hotel, Davos, featured influential leaders, including Kanika Tekriwal, Daniella Foster, Aarti Gupta, Iryna Papusha, Pragati Sureka, and Karl Lillard.

Delving into the challenges unique to women leaders, the discussion offered valuable insights, spanning the creation of inclusive environments to the inherent resilience and holistic planning abilities of women leaders.

The event aimed to illuminate diverse perspectives on women’s leadership across various industries.

 

Stuti Jalan was invited to a private reception hosted by Katy Knox from Bank of America and Diane Von Furstenberg at the Goals House during a gathering of leaders dedicated to advancing gender equality and women’s economic empowerment worldwide.

The event brought together luminaries such as Cherie Blair, Sherrie Rollins Westin, Adena Friedman, and more. Other sideline events included the WSJ Women’s Reception, Adecco’s Women Leaders Reception, and the Swedish lunch, among others.

The panel discussion of the Women Inspiring Network contributes significantly to the global dialogue on women’s leadership, sustainability, innovation, and the transformative potential of AI.
